Purpose and current status
This draft describes the current Healthy as Hell Founders List workflow and remains subject to professional review. Completed submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1 so Healthy as Hell LLC can communicate about and plan the proposed retreat.
The Founders List requests contact and travel-preference information such as name, email, phone, location, room interest, travel-companion status, activity comfort, dietary notes for trip logistics, reason for interest, and an optional message. The form does not request payment-card details or medical history, and visitors are asked not to include medical information.
Intended uses and choices
Founders List information is used to store and respond to a retreat inquiry, send the requested confirmation and retreat updates, understand room and travel preferences, plan the proposed trip, prevent abuse, and prepare future booking communications. Any marketing consent, unsubscribe process, cookie or tracking disclosure, retention period, consumer-rights procedure, and other privacy choices must reflect the final launch process and applicable law.
For rate limiting, the application derives a keyed identifier from limited request metadata and stores the resulting hash, attempt count, and time-bounded expiry in a separate D1 bucket. The application does not write the visitor's raw IP address or user-agent string to the Founders List lead record.

Current service providers
Cloudflare hosts the website and stores valid Founders List submissions in its D1 database service. Cloudflare Email Service sends the internal submission notification and the automated attendee confirmation. Google Workspace remains the mailbox provider for founders@healthyashell.com and processes messages and replies received there.
Other analytics, advertising, customer-management, or form services should be added to this notice only if they are actually enabled.
