Not Ready for Acceptance

Retreat terms placeholder

A planning outline for future Healthy as Hell retreat booking terms; not a final contract and not ready for guest acceptance.

A small group of travelers laughing together in a circle.

Draft only. This page is a planning placeholder and must be reviewed by qualified legal and insurance professionals before Healthy as Hell accepts retreat bookings.

Professional review required.

This draft is provided for planning only. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed before bookings open.

No booking terms are active yet

Healthy as Hell Bali is in a preliminary Founders List stage. No deposit, payment schedule, booking acceptance, minimum group threshold, or final supplier package is currently offered through this site. Proposed prices and itinerary details are expressly subject to confirmation.

Before bookings open, a professionally reviewed agreement should identify the contracting business, traveler eligibility, what creates acceptance, occupancy and roommate rules, payment deadlines, included and excluded services, guest substitutions or transfers, and the relationship between Healthy as Hell and independent travel suppliers.

Operational terms that must be completed

The final agreement should explain itinerary changes, weather and safety decisions, minimum participation, delays, force-majeure events, guest-caused costs, passports and entry rules, travel insurance, health and mobility considerations, emergency communication, luggage, photography consent, conduct, alcohol or substance expectations, removal from the program, and complaint handling.

  • Confirmed legal names, addresses, and contact points
  • Exact retreat dates, prices, taxes, and currency
  • Deposit, balance, and cancellation schedule
  • Room inventory, sharing process, and supplement rules
  • Supplier responsibility and itinerary-change language
  • Required acknowledgments and signature process

Guest understanding

A guest should have enough time to read all linked policies before paying. Key financial and safety terms should be visible rather than hidden behind a checkbox. The final agreement should coordinate with the cancellation policy, assumption-of-risk document, privacy policy, and insurance requirement so the documents do not contradict one another.

No deposit. No pressure.
