Draft only. This page is a planning placeholder and must be reviewed by qualified legal and insurance professionals before Healthy as Hell accepts retreat bookings.
This draft is provided for planning only. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed before bookings open.
No cancellation schedule is currently in force
The Founders List does not involve payment and therefore does not create a paid booking to cancel. Deposit amounts, refund windows, installment dates, administrative fees, room changes, transferability, and credits have not been finalized and should not be inferred from proposed Founders Rates.
Before accepting money, Healthy as Hell must align any guest refund schedule with signed property, transportation, activity, staffing, and supplier obligations. The policy should state dates and amounts clearly, explain which payments become nonrefundable and when, and provide a documented cancellation method.
Changes beyond a guest's control
Professional review should address illness, travel-document problems, flight disruption, severe weather, volcanic or marine conditions, government action, supplier failure, insufficient enrollment, force-majeure events, and cancellation by Healthy as Hell. The policy should distinguish a changed activity from a canceled retreat and state when substitution, credit, refund, or no refund may apply.
Insurance and documentation
Cancellation terms and travel-insurance guidance should work together without promising that an insurer will pay a claim. Guests may need timely written confirmation and supporting records. Final materials should tell guests how to request documentation while making clear that claim decisions belong to the insurer under its policy wording.
